*Surf&SUP can be dangerous. I agree that any of the activities you carry out are at my own risk and in case of an accident Selina Surf Club will be exempt from all liability.

**Surf y/o SUP pueden ser peligrosos. Afirmo, que, realizo las actividades bajo mi propia decisión y riesgo y que en caso de accidente, Selina Surf Club queda exento de cualquier

responsabilidad.

*Payment will be done when you receive the equipment, and you have to leave your personal ID, Passport or Drive licence.

**El pago del alquiler se realizará a la entrega del material, dejando como fianza documento identificativo oficial.

*I understand and agree that I ́m in good physical condition and a competent swimmer.

**Certifica ser buen nadador y estar en condición física excelente.

*Any problem with the equipment it has to be notified to the manager before you leave the SELINA SURF CLUB store. I am responsible for verifying that the equipment is in good condition at

the time of receiving it and delivering it under the same conditions as I receive it.

**El cliente recibirá el material en perfecto estado, si observa algún desperfecto deberá reflejar en este documento antes de retirarlo. Soy responsable de verificar las buenas condiciones del

material alquilado, devolviéndole en las mismas buenas condiciones que lo recibí.

DAMAGES TO HIRE EQUIPMENTS:

Please be mindful that you are renting top of the range high performance equipments and it must be treated with care. Equipment is the responsibility of the renter.

Estás alquilando un equipo de calidad. El arrendatario es el responsable de equipo alquilado.

MAJOR STRUCTURAL DAMAGES/ GRANDES DAÑOS ESTRUCTURALES

Max change: $350 USD surfboards and $500 USD for SUPs. Partial or complete snaps and creases which cause a permanent weakness and structurally undermine a board will require the board to be

replaced. This will be charged to renter at the board ́s cost price. The damage board will be replaced with a new one. The damage board is then the property of the renter.

Cargo máximo: $350 USD tablas de surf y $500 USD SUPs. Estos cargos se aplicarán a los daños parciales o totales estructurales que impliquen la inutilización y reemplazo de las tablas por una nueva.

La tabla dañada será propiedad del arrendatario.

MINOR DAMAGE/ PEQUEÑOS DAÑOS ESTRUCTURALES

It is charged at the minimum of $30 USD for repairs and retouching of paint work and the price of the repair will increase depending of the extent of the damage. Lost of damage fins will be

charged at $15 USD per fin. Damages fin plugs or boxes stars at $35 USD.

Cargo mínimo: $30 USD. Reparaciones y/o pintura que podrán incrementarse dependiendo del coste total de la reparación. Quillas dañadas o perdidas cargo de $15 USD. Tapones $35 USD.

INSURANCE

$XXXX per day. Pay in advance. Covers all accidental dings or damage. Do not include misuse, lost or theft. If the board is broken you must return at least one half of the board.

la tabla dañada.

*Finally, I, the undersigned, affirm that I am over 18 years old and that I am signing this agreement freely, and further affirm that I am not under the effects of

any drug or alcohol, that I am not pregnant or have any bodily injury that can put my life at risk.

**Yo, el abajo firmante, afirmo que soy mayor de 18 años, que no estoy bajo los efectos de drogas y/o alcohol y no estoy embarazada o padezco enfermedad

que ponga mi vida en riesgo

permanent bodily injury, disability or death.

**La práctica del surf puede ser peligrosa. Soy conocedor de que la práctica del surf conlleva riesgos y puede causar serios y

permanentes problemas de salud, discapacidad e incluso muerte.

*Selina Surf Club is not liable in any way or means for what may happen in surfing. By this agreement, I am familiar with the dangers of

the ocean and I acknowledge that Selina Surf Club cannot control the environment and it can change without previous warning making

participation in surfing dangerous.

**La escuela de Selina Surf Club no es responsable de la decisión de prácticar surf, ésta es bajo su propia responsabilidad. Conozco los

peligros de las actividades acuaticas como el surf, y sé que Selina Surf Club no puede controlar los cambios meteorológicos que pudieran

darse.

*I understand and agree that I ́m of good physical condition and a competent swimmer or if I am uncomfortable in the water or I do not

know how to swim I will immediately advise to my instructor before continuing my lesson.

**Certifico estar en condición física excelente y ser un buen nadador, así como avisar rapidamente al monitor si no me sistiese seguro en

el agua por cualquier motivo para continuar con las clases.
