THE AQUAMAN EXPERIENCE

The Aquaman Experience is a program put together by Fernando Stalla professional Waterman and world champion Stand up paddler. Where you will try different paddling sports and underwater workouts.

Our goal is to have the most fun in and out of the water by staying safe, healthy and strong.

This program is great for:

  • – Overcome the fear of the ocean
  • – Increase Apnea time
  • – Improving on ocean skills
  • – Get stronger, lose waight

And most important

  • – To have a great time with friends building memories that will last a life time

OPTIONS

 

  #1 Half day, 9h – 12h, Minimum 4 persons. 

       $4000 xfp / person

  • 9h – Warm up movements on the beach
  • 9:15h – Stand up paddle session starting by a 15m safety talk and paddling techniques follow by a 30m paddle on the lagoon working different drills
  • 10h – SUP Surf session or continuing practicing different drills and paddle techniques.
  • 10:45h – Apnea safety talk and breading techniques.
  • 11h – Under water rock training, learning best techniques to walk under water with the rock and other drills to improve your under water abilities and apnea time.
  • 12h – End of the Experience.

 

  • #2 Aquaman day, 9hr – 16hr, minimum 4 persons.

           $9000 xfp / person

  • 9h – Yoga movements for warming up and beach exercises.
  • 9:30h – Stand up paddle and prone session starting by a 15m safety talk and paddling techniques follow by a 45m paddle on the lagoon working different drills and paddling techniques trying the SUP and prone.
  • 10:30h – SUP and prone surf session or continuing practicing different drills and paddle techniques.
  • 11:30h exit the water and get ready for lunch.
  • 12h – Lunch and drinks
  • 13:30h – BIG SUP paddle to the snorkeling and under water training location follow by apnea safety talk and breading techniques.
  • 14:30h – Under water rock training, learning best techniques to walk under water with the rock and other drills to improve your under water abilities and apnea time.
  • 16h end of the Aquaman Experience

 

  • #3 The full Aquaman Experience. Minimum 8 persons

          $15000 xpf / person

  • 8h-9h – Arrival and breakfast.
  • 9h – Yoga Movements for warming up and beach exercises.
  • 9:30h – Stand up paddle and prone session starting by a 15m safety talk and paddling techniques followed by a 45m paddle on the lagoon working different drills and paddling techniques trying the SUP and prone.
  • 10:30h – SUP and prone surf session or continuing practicing different drills and paddle techniques.
  • 11:30h exit the water and get ready for lunch.
  • 12h – Lunch and drinks
  • 13h – BIG SUP paddle to the snorkeling and underwater training location followed by apnea safety talk and breading techniques.
  • 13:30h – Underwater rock training, learning best techniques to walk underwater with the rock and other drills to improve your underwater abilities and apnea time.
  • 14:30h – Rest and team preparations for the relay races.
  • 15:30h – Relay races, a great team building format where the participants will do teams that will do a short race having to do a combination of the activities practiced on the day, SUP, Prone, Underwater running, Big SUP etc…
  • 16:30h – Awards ceremony giving medals to 1st, 2nd and 3rd team.

 Also giving a Aquaman trophy to the group for finishing THE AQUAMAN EXPERIENCE (if requested the name of the group or company can be carved on the trophy)

  • 17:30h – Pizzas will arrive from local pizza place to finish the day having some pizza and a drink watching the beautiful sunset (for specific pizza types please inform in advance, alcoholic drinks will not be provided but the group is welcome to bring their own alcoholic drinks)
